Suggested Use

Dispense 2-3 drops and gently rub around the face. May be used on other skin areas such as legs, tops of hands, and the ends of your hair. For better absorption, continue rubbing in after waiting a few minutes.

Does this face serum work on oily skin or will it make it more oily?
Jojoba is actually the best oil for oily skin—it regulates sebum production because it’s so similar to sebum. It soothes and moisturizers your skin, and signals to your hair and sweat follicles that your skin doesn’t need additional sebum for hydration.

Will this face serum cause acne or breakouts?
The Just Ingredients Face Serum contains jojoba oil, which nourishes from below the skin surface and can pull toxins out. This can cause some initial acne breakouts. A bentonite clay mask will help pull those toxins out faster.

Will this face serum help reduce scaring?
The frankincense oil in my face serum is so healing for the skin. It helps repair the skin cells. Because jojoba oil has such a tiny molecular structure, it can penetrate all the layers of the skin and heal from within. It’s so nourishing to the skin. Some people have reported that it has helped reduce their scarring!

How long will the face serum bottle last?
Anywhere from 6 weeks to 2+ months depending on your usage!

Will the citrus scent cause an increased skin sensitivity to the sun?
There is such a tiny amount of citrus oils in the serum. You could never get enough to cause photosensitivity. If it is a concern, you could use the oil just at night, or in the morning with SPF after.

How similar is this face serum to Salis Skincare?
It is just like theirs except we’ve added frankincense to help heal and repair the skin cells and new essential oils. And no, we are not competing against them, but working with them on this product.
